Since 2015, for the Open House on Quebec Farms, organized by the Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA), we have been mandated to cover this event, as much by event photography as by our photobooths. We had twelve farms to cover, scattered in five regions of Quebec (Lanaudière, Montérégie, Outaouais-Laurentides and Estrie). We also had photographers on site at the Olympic Stadium to capture the families and activities taking place there. But that’s not all! We had a studio booth with a sharing station and a personalized backdrop for the Union des producteurs agricoles, another studio booth for the Ordre des vétérinaires du Québec and a digital photobooth for the Éleveurs de porc du Québec.
Families, whether they were visiting the Quebec farms or going to the festivities site, had the opportunity to leave with a souvenir photo. The pictures taken by our event photographers on the Quebec farms were available the same evening and were in the UPA colors. On the grounds of the Olympic Stadium, three photobooths were on site to take pictures of the families. They left with their souvenir printed with the sponsor’s colors, and had the possibility to send it instantly by email or text message.
