  • How much space is required?

    The space required varies depending on the service selected. But in general, we need a space of 10 by 10 feet.

  • What do we need on site?

    Access to a standard electrical outlet (110 volts), that's all.

  • What if my event is outside?

    We will need access to a power outlet, but especially to a tent (we can take care of that) or some kind of shelter where we can set up. Indeed, even if our equipment is robust, it remains fragile, whether it is to the extreme cold, the summer sun that can overheat the equipment, and of course to the rain. Moreover, being protected at all times will allow us to continue the activation without interruption, regardless of the whims of Quebec's weather.

  • How much time is required for setup? Is it possible to install the service in advance?

    Depending on the service chosen, we arrive between 60 and 90 minutes before the service starts. This allows us to set up quietly and to have time in case of a problem (better safe than sorry!). We can also set up in advance (either a few hours or the day before). However, additional fees will apply.

  • How much time is required for dismantling? Can it be done at another time?

    Normally, the dismantling is done very quickly - between 15 and 30 minutes - depending on the service you have chosen. It is also possible for us to dismantle at another time, but additional fees will apply.

  • Do I need to have Internet access?

    No need! We arrive on site with our own connection.

  • Is it possible to integrate a design on the photos?

    It is possible, in fact we strongly recommend it. This integration is included in our services. You can either provide us with the visual or choose from our selection. We can integrate your logo and a personalized message. This visual will appear on the printed photos and on the shared photos. This way, your event will continue to shine even after it is over.

  • Is the printing of photos unlimited?

    Yes, it is! Each person in the photo will have a copy of it printed in 4 by 6 format.

  • What is the format of the printed photos?

    Our basic format is the classic 4 by 6. It is also possible to print strips (2 by 6 format). If you are thinking big, we can also do the 5 by 7 format (extra charge).

  • Is a backdrop included?

    Yes, a backdrop from our selection is included. You can see our backdrop inventory right here. It is also possible to print a custom backdrop, to make your event even more distinctive and unique.

  • Is it possible to have a personalized backdrop?

    Yes, it is! We need at least two weeks for the production of the backdrop. You can provide the design or we can take care of it, it's up to you!

  • Is it possible to have accessories on site?

    Of course it is! We have a lovely selection of themed and custom-made accessories. However, due to the pandemic, we have reduced our selection, mainly for hygiene reasons. It is also possible to have digital props depending on the service!

  • Is it possible to take black and white pictures (Glam Booth)?

    Of course it is! We have a variety of filters that we can apply when taking pictures, including black and white. Turning the photobooth into a Glam Booth has never been easier!

  • Is it possible to have a greenscreen photobooth?

    Yes, it is possible! We have even realized greenscreen videobooths ;)

  • Is there a minimum number of hours?

    Our basic rates include a minimum of 3 consecutive hours of activation. Of course, it is possible for us to stay less time if your event is shorter.

  • Do we have access to the photos after the event?

    For the photobooth service, we will provide you with a link within 24 to 72 hours after your event to a gallery containing all the photos taken during the evening. We can also provide you with the link in advance if you wish. The photos are added as we take them during your event.

    For event photography, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Do you publish the photos taken at my private event?

    We never publish the photos without your consent. Furthermore, they are kept in a secure web gallery, where you will be the only person with the link to access them.

  • Where are we located?

    We have an office in Montreal and Quebec City. We travel all over the province and elsewhere in the country!

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are insured!
